3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account as part of a promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional period stated for the relevant offer — bonus funds not used within that period will be forfeited automatically.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Where an offer is withdrawn during an active period, players who have already claimed the offer and begun meeting wagering requirements in good faith will be given reasonable notice and a proportionate resolution. 777kd will not modify the terms of an individual player's active bonus retroactively to the detriment of that player without a clear compliance or integrity reason.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any market or game they choose to participate in before placing a wager.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

777kd reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed using incorrect odds arising from a technical error, where a market has been suspended, or where 777kd has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet forms part of a fraudulent, manipulative, or collusive pattern of activity. A bet is not binding until you receive a confirmed bet receipt within the platform. Verbal confirmations or on-screen previews prior to receipt do not constitute a confirmed wager.

6.2 Void Markets and Abandoned Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion within a defined timeframe, 777kd reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 6.3 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777kd and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets; arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; match-fixing or placing bets based on insider knowledge of pre-determined results; collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures; and placing bets from an account other than your own registered 777kd account.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets at 777kd update in real time. 777kd accepts no responsibility for bets placed on delayed or inaccurate market data arising from broadcast or data feed latency. Where a material difference exists between the live match state and the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed — due to a goal, wicket, or other scoring event occurring in the interval — 777kd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Any verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing timelines. 777kd's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Platform Availability

777kd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside 777kd's reasonable control (including natural disasters, power failures, and government actions) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. 777kd will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the platform notification system.

8.2 Third-Party Services

777kd integrates services from third-party providers including game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and technology infrastructure partners. 777kd does not accept liability for failures, errors, or outages originating with these third-party providers.
